I started this in 2010 because I believe music is at its best when it’s shared between people. Not broadcast at you by an algorithm, but passed from one music fan to another with a bit of context and genuine enthusiasm.
That’s exactly what Weekly5 is. Every Sunday morning, I sit down and pick five songs I’ve been genuinely excited about that week and try to put into words why they matter. It’s the part of Negative White I look forward to most.
